How much will I get for my property?
It depends on:
- property condition
- property location
- speed of sale required
We offer a fast guaranteed service and usually offer between 90% to 75% of the properties Open Market Value.
How much will it cost me to sell?
NOTHING. We are NOT estate agents and do not charge a fee, we will even pay your solicitors fees up to a maximum of £500.
Can you help clear debts and stop repossessions?
YES, we can stop your house being repossessed (see the stopping repossession section below) and allow you to continue to live in your house - your neighbours and family will not know anything has changed.
Will I need a solicitor?
YES, you will need a solicitor or licensed conveyancer. You can use your own or we can recommend one, either way we will pay the bill to a maximum of £500.
My property is in a poor condition and needs a lot of work, is this a problem?
NO. We see properties in poor condition everyday, yours will not be the worst.
My property is tenanted. My property has tenants from Hell, will you still buy it?
YES, we will buy your property and we will keep your tenants.
OR
If the tenants are 'tenants from hell' we will buy your property and evict them at OUR expense.
Will my neighbours know about the sale?
NO, we are very professional and discrete and do not use 'For Sale' signs or advertise in the local paper.
Will my estate agent mind?
PROBABLY, they will be losing their commission 1.5% to 2.5% ( £1,500 to £2,500 on a £100,000 property). BUT, why should you pay an estate agent for NOT selling your house. Always check the exact terms of any agreement you have signed with your estate agent.
I know someone who wants a fast sale?
Contact us urgently and you could earn yourself between £250 and 1% ( £1,000 on a £100,000 property) of the purchase price of the property if we purchase it.
I'm in no hurry to sell and want to get the best price for my house.
We recommend the use of a reputable estate agent. We provide a fee free service to purchase properties quickly. For this we expect between 10% and 25% discount on the Open Market Value of the property.

K&G Lettings specialise in stopping repossessions. If you are experiencing repossession or at risk of being repossessed contact us immediately outlining the stage of the repossession process you are at.
We will then contact you and talk you through the repossession process and how we can help you. We will outline several options, you can then consider these and choose which suits you. You are under no offer to accept our offer and we will ensure your confidentiality is maintained.
We can purchase your property allowing you to clear your debts, we can even purchase your property and then rent it back to you and sell it back to you at a fixed price at a later date. It really is up to you, no one needs to know you are being repossessed
