The Rent Back service offers numerous beenfits including:

• We can offer you a number of options to choose from so you can select the solution that suits your circumstances, allowing you to stay in your home.

• Once you have chosen a solution that suits you, our offer is fixed for 12 weeks.
• We can offer rents that are fixed for a period of time, typically 3 to 5 years.

K&G Lettings Limited also offer a rent back service that often allows people to sell their home, pay off debts and continue to live in their house. For this service we expect a discount on the Open Market Value (OMV) of the property, we typically offer between 90% and 75% of the properties OMV.
