A Tenant's guide: to keeping a pet at a rented property
K&G Lettings Limited Keeping a pet at a rented property

If you would like to keep a pet at a property rented by K&G Lettings Limited, you must notify us of your intention and provide information on the type of pet that you would like to keep at a property.

This allows us to make an informed choice about whether the pet is suitable for the property.  If you do have a pet you would like to keep at a property rented from K&G Lettings Limited, download the Application to keep a Pet at a property from the Tenant’s Resources page and return it to K&G Lettings Limited (see address details on the Contact Us page).  A member of the Lettings Department will then contact you to discuss your application and whether there will be any additional steps required, for example, an additional deposit may be required; and there may be additional clauses added to your tenancy agreement, such as, having the property professionally cleaned should you desire to leave.

Important:

Please note that if you keep a pet at a property without the agreement of K&G Lettings Limited, you may be evicted from the premises and may lose part or all of your deposit.
